Walk the bay, or send a drawing and a date
The floor at BOS CREATE A LIMITED takes enquiries by email, by phone and in person. If you are planning a set piece, a signage run, an installation day, a studio rental, a kiln batch or a billboard row display, the fastest route to a measured quote is to send a drawing with the site dimensions and the date you need. The six services, from Set Piece Fabrication and Signage Cutting and Finishing to Kiln and Finish Work and Billboard Row Displays, are set out in full on the services page, and a quick note here reaches the same team. A conversation about Brand Installation Days or Studio Fabrication Rentals can also start with a call.
Three questions the floor hears most
How early should a set piece or display be booked?
Most jobs need two to three weeks of floor time before delivery, and larger set pieces need longer because the test assembly has to happen in the bay. A drawing with confirmed dimensions lets the floor hold a realistic slot. If the date is fixed by an event, say so at the first enquiry and the team will tell you plainly whether the floor can meet it.
Can the team come to the site before quoting?
Yes. A site visit is useful for installation days, signage runs and billboard rows because access, lift size and wall build decide the hardware. Visits inside Hong Kong are scheduled alongside the build calendar. Send the address and the proposed time by email and the team will confirm a window.
Do you accept small studio rentals alongside client builds?
Yes. Studio fabrication rentals are booked around production so that a photographer or stylist is not sharing the bench with a set piece on the move. Half day and full day rentals are usual, and a longer period can be arranged if the floor has a clear window. The rate card is issued with the booking form.
